The 8 Keys are consolidated from Carolyn's and Gwen's combined decades of experience in the field, including their own therapy relationship.
The book and workbook offer specific strategies that lead to becoming recovered, with the primary focus on how to get better rather than why you got sick. The books were written as self-help books but are now also used in treatment centers worldwide, and are the core of Carolyn's philosophy and the spine of our CCI curriculum for coaches.
