Coaching
“After suffering from an eating disorder for 16 years I needed something different to get me over the line for full recovery. Finding an eating disorder recovery coach is what did it. Having a person who I could reach out to in the moment, even for the small things, made all the difference. For the first time I felt like someone really “got” me. I had my other team around me and they were fantastic. But it was adding my coach to the team that made all the difference and helped me fully recover."
A Carolyn Costin Institute Eating Disorder Coach assists clients in reaching their treatment goals in real life situations, providing support, appropriate challenges, and serving as both role model and guide.
